You can return items in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached for a full refund in the form of a store voucher. Cash refunds are generally not allowed unless there is a pricing error on the website. A 6% fee will be deducted if you request a refund to your original payment method.
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return, and the items must reach the company within 14 days. Returns can only be made once per purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Items eligible for a refund must meet these criteria:
Original packaging with labels and tags
Unworn with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons
Personalized/engraved jewelry is not returnable unless faulty
Items marked as final sale or promotional pricing are not returnable
Gift cards, mystery collections, and “Real” gift sets are non-returnable
To initiate a return, email [email protected]. Send items only after getting return instructions. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted. Promo discounts will be deducted from returns. Free gifts must be returned or paid for.
The company reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet the policy requirements. They may also refuse service for potential misuse or abuse of the return policies.
